Inquiries and quotations

This website introduces our custom womenswear service. Sending an inquiry does not place an order, reserve stock or take payment. Your written quote confirms the garment, customization, quantities, costs and next steps.

Samples, pricing and minimum quantities

Sample charges, production prices, customization costs and minimum quantities depend on your selected style and requirements. Quantity ranges on the form are estimates for discussion. Confirm the quote and sample arrangements before payment.

Product images and measurements

Retouched style views, print concepts and styling concepts illustrate possible directions. Prints, logos and accessories pictured are not included. Reference garment measurements describe the garment, not body size. Confirm fit, fabric, colour, print placement, finishing and tolerances through your sample and agreed specification.

Your artwork and brand details

Provide artwork, logos and designs that you own or are authorized to use. Agree the final files, placement, colours, labels, hang tags and packing before sampling or production.

Production, shipping and changes

Sample preparation, revisions, production timing, shipping arrangements and responsibility for import costs are confirmed for your project. Requests to change an agreed specification may affect cost and timing; discuss them before proceeding.

Quality questions and order terms

Review the physical sample before approving production. Discuss inspection, issue reporting, cancellations and any remedies in your written order agreement. This website does not replace that agreement or any mandatory rights that apply.

Material test information

Test summaries identify the submitted samples and the status of the reports. They do not certify every catalog style or production batch. Tell us your intended market and testing requirements so these can be reviewed for your project.
